Getting in touch with them, getting to know them is very important to me - I lay great emphasis on respect in mutual dealings.

My entrance ticket to these sensitive spheres and moments, tough to be grasped and documented, is my camera - always a steady and important companion. Known all over the world this clearly
identifiable object enables me to easily overcome language barriers and thus enter private spheres in order to gain insights into systems which would otherwise possibly have been closed off to me.
I treat this privilege with great respect and strive to capture with my personal style of documentation the human miracle itself as well as the diversity of systems.
I also want to make those images accessible to others, to share experiences and, beyond that, to give me and others food for thought.
